Although MCSOS is a medical society, we do not request or collect any personal data related to a member's personal medical history or health.

Credit card transactions enabled by our website are processed through a third-party certified credit card processing company that is a partner with WIX.com. We do not collect or retain credit card information through our website.

MCSOS is committed to member transparency as it relates to membership fees/dues, the cost of Annual Meeting registration and attendance as well as the cost of meals and activities that the MCSOS arranges for members attending the Annual Meeting. MCSOS members have the right to request details of expenses and fees that the MCSOS charges members for annual membership dues or attendance to the Annual Meeting.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
At your request, MCSOS will remove from its files any contact information you provided. If you use our website to make membership payments or dues renewals, or to pay to participate in the Annual Meeting, you have certain rights over your personal information.
