We DO NOT share the information with third parties, sponsors or exhibitors. We retain your information securely in our database and will only keep your information for a reasonable period of time, or until you provide us notice of your desire to resign your MCSOS membership.

Although MCSOS is a medical society, we do not request or collect any personal data related to a member's personal medical history or health.

Credit card transactions enabled by our website are processed through a third-party certified credit card processing company that is a partner with WIX.com. MCSOS is committed to member transparency as it relates to membership fees/dues, the cost of Annual Meeting registration and attendance as well as the cost of meals and activities that the MCSOS arranges for members attending the Annual Meeting. MCSOS members have the right to request details of expenses and fees that the MCSOS charges members for annual membership dues or attendance to the Annual Meeting.

At your request, MCSOS will remove from its files any contact information you provided.
